MLH's autumn garden continues to host spectacular blossoms, such as this toad lily, a marvel of breeding, some might say. Here leaves fall in increasing quantity as breezes sweep them across lawns and roads into quiet woods. Truck loads of chopped corn silage and big, yellow pumpkins hurry along roads to silo and market. Indian Summer in all its glory affords cool mornings and warm afternoon sun, which continues to ripen our potted tomatoes. How long can this last?
