A Century II

As mentioned below in A Century, remnants of a 1915, 13,000-acre barony can be found nearby. Up at the "big house," this "prayer house" stood at the east end of a formal Roman garden, complete with brick walkways, sundial, tall fountains, a goldfish pond, and countless rose trellises.
Today, just the right marble bench remains, recently relocated a few hundred feet to the patio of a second and larger mansion built over the foundation of the first, where one may sit and contemplate hard marble and changeable times.
