Chicory Galore

Driving along cool, bright country roads this morning we realized that the blue haze along the grassy edges was chicory galore. After we turned onto a gravel lane taking us the long way back to the cottage, the roadside blue soon mingled with Queen Ann's lace and brown-eyed Susans as we wound along between these many seasonal beauties.
