Alpine Skiing

In an earlier post we contrasted a photo of our visit to Zermatt and the Matterhorn in 1957 with a web cam Internet photo taken this fall. As we approach mid-winter, we can contrast another fall Matterhorn web cam photo with one taken off the Internet last Thursday.
As you can see, widely reported predictions for the death of Alpine skiing due to global warming were premature.
